In this episode, Jessica shares her experience starting as a violin & viola player from a very young age to becoming an engineering manager for the lingua franca of cloud - HashiCorp. Along the way, Jessica and Prathamesh also highlight how working across different professions across industries can often create 'invisible walls' in the minds of people, and how important it is to break through these to realize true human potential.
She's currently building her education startup called Anleiten, which is helping build a community of educators and schools that can share resources and drive growth for their students. Being a passionate violin/viola player, she had her music education background from Columbia University and also is a part of numerous orchestra performances.
